Revenue splits should reflect each creator's contribution, audience size, and effort. Common arrangements are 50/50 for equal partners, or proportional to metrics like view share or subscriber count. The split must be documented in writing.
By default, joint creators co-own the work. The agreement should specify whether ownership is joint, split by percentage, or assigned to one creator with a license to the other. Noira's template uses joint ownership with proportional shares.
Only with prior written consent. Noira's template includes a brand-guidelines clause that prohibits using a collaborator's name, likeness, or brand outside the agreed project without explicit permission.
The agreement should specify notice requirements (e.g., 14 days) and how revenue from work already completed will be shared. Noira's template includes a termination clause that protects both parties in this scenario.
