1. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE COMPLIANCE
Noira is designed to be ESIGN-aligned — consistent with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) — for sophisticated business-to-business parties who understand and accept the tradeoffs of on-chain, zero-knowledge storage. Noira is not a consumer contracting tool. Signatures executed on this platform are intended to constitute legally binding electronic signatures between such parties. Because Noira uses VetKeys for end-to-end encryption, Noira cannot decrypt or produce plaintext to a court — only the contracting parties can. Parties are responsible for confirming that electronic execution is appropriate for their transaction and jurisdiction.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Internet Identity. You agree to use Noira only for lawful purposes and to ensure all parties to a contract have consented to electronic execution.
3. PRIVACY
Contract terms are end-to-end encrypted. Noira cannot read your contract contents. Only parties listed on a contract can access its terms. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
4. LIABILITY
Noira provides tools to create and sign agreements. We do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your agreements meet applicable legal requirements in your jurisdiction. Noira liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
